SLIDING SCALE


  • I have a limited number of sliding scale spots for individuals without insurance. These spots are limited and cannot be guaranteed. Please inquire with me if you are interested. 


SUPERBILLS  FOR  OUT-OF-NETWORK  BENEFITS/ REIMBURSEMENT


  • I am absolutely willing to provide a superbill, if your insurance plan has an out of network benefit.


  • A superbill is an itemized receipt provided by your therapist after a session to you, typically for insurance purposes. It includes details like your therapist's information, diagnosis codes, session type, and fees. If you’re submitting for insurance reimbursement, you use the superbill to claim reimbursement for the therapy session. 


I recommend checking with your insurance provider to see if you qualify for this option.
