I take a holistic, integrative approach to healing & growth, recognizing that emotional well-being is deeply connected to the body, relationships, and lived experiences. My work blends parts based therapy, somatic experiencing, and emotionally focused modalities to support movement beyond surface-level coping and toward deeper, lasting change.
Sessions are collaborative and grounded in the belief that every part of the self serves a purpose. Through parts work, I support exploration and understanding of internal patterns that may be driving anxiety, self-doubt, or relational challenges, with the goal of unburdening those patterns over time.
Somatic techniques are woven into the process to support reconnection with the body, regulation of the nervous system, and processing of experiences that may not be fully accessible through words alone.
I draw from emotionally focused approaches to help deepen awareness of core emotions and how they shape internal experiences and responses. This includes identifying emotional patterns, accessing underlying feelings, and working toward a more secure and grounded relationship with the self.
Anxiety can feel like an overwhelming sense of worry and fear that makes it difficult to enjoy life, take risks, or make changes. In therapy I will help you identify the underlying feelings, experiences, and thoughts that have impacted your ability to feel at peace and in control.
Culture is not limited to ethnic background. Culture includes race, ethnicity, social groups/communities, and sexuality. As a therapist who practices from a culturally competent lens, I work with my clients by understanding how these various factors can all influence a person's experiences uniquely. I have an open-minded approach and value each of my clients' individual differences.
