Holistic psychotherapy is an integrative approach that combines traditional talk therapy with holistic techniques to address the mind, body, and spirit. This comprehensive approach recognizes that mental, emotional, and physical health are interconnected and seeks to treat the whole person rather than just focusing on isolated symptoms.
Incorporating mindfulness, body awareness, and other holistic techniques, helps individuals process and release emotional blockages. By fostering emotional balance and resilience, clients are better able to manage stress, anxiety, and other emotional challenges, leading to an effectiveness in processing and healing.
Anxiety can feel like an overwhelming sense of worry and fear that makes it difficult to enjoy life, take risks, or make changes. In therapy I will help you identify the underlying feelings, experiences, and thoughts that have impacted your ability to feel at peace and in control.
Culture is not limited to ethnic background. Culture includes race, ethnicity, social groups/communities, and sexuality. As a therapist who practices from a culturally competent lens, I work with my clients by understanding how these various factors can all influence a person's experiences uniquely. I have an open-minded approach and value each of my clients' individual differences.

Generational trauma can cause emotional pain which can be passed down from generation to generation. Therapy can help you understand and heal from those experiences, break the cycle of hurt, and find a sense of peace, clarity, and resilience.
